ഇറ്റാലിയൻ കവിത

 ഇന്നൊരു ഇറ്റാലിയൻ കവിതയാണ്. റിബ് ക സിബാതുവിൻ്റെ Grandmother moon . എറിത്രിയയിൽ നിന്ന് ഇറ്റലിയിലേക്ക് കുടിയേറിപ്പാർത്ത ഇവർ അപരിചിതമായ ദേശത്തും നാടിൻ്റെ ഓർമ പകരാൻ നിലാവിനെ കൂട്ടുപിടിക്കുകയാണ് ഈ കവിതയിൽ . അമ്പിളിമാമനെ മാത്രം പരിചയമുള്ള മലയാളിക്ക്  എറിത്രിയയിൽനിന്നൊരു അമ്പിളി മുത്തശ്ശി.

wherever you are!

that make us feel

at home in a strange land!

ഒരിക്കലൊരിക്കലെന്ന പോലെ

ഇതാ ജനലിലൂടെ വരുന്നുണ്ട്

ഒത്തിരി കഥകളും ഓർമകളുമായൊരു

അമ്പിളി മുത്തശ്ശി.


"ധൈര്യമായിരിക്കൂ കുഞ്ഞേ

നീയെവിടെയായാലും

ഞാൻ നിനക്ക് കൂട്ടിരിക്കാം "

അമ്പിളി മുത്തശ്ശി കഥകൾ പറയുന്നു,

കവിതകൾ ചൊല്ലിത്തരുന്നു,

അങ്ങനെ നമ്മളെ അറിയാത്ത നാട്ടിലും

അണച്ചു പിടിക്കുന്നു.

ജാപ്പനീസ് കവിത

 ജാപ്പനീസ് എഴുത്തുകാരി സയാക ഒസാകിയുടെ Noisy Animal എന്ന കവിതയാണിന്ന് മൊഴി മാറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. നിർത്താതെ സംസാരിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു നടക്കുന്ന മൃഗമായാണ് അവർ സ്വയം വിശേഷിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. 2011 ൽ ജപ്പാനെ നടുക്കിയ ഭൂമി കുലുക്കത്തിൻ്റെയും സുനാമിയുടെയും തുടർന്നുണ്ടായ ആണവദുരന്തത്തിൻ്റെയുമെല്ലാം പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലെഴുതിയ ഈ കവിത വാക്കുകളെ വിശ്വസിക്കരുതെന്ന് താക്കീതു ചെയ്യുന്നു. മനുഷ്യരനുഭവിക്കുന്ന ആദ്യ ദുരന്തം ഭാഷയാണെന്നാണ് ഒസാകി പറയുന്നത്.
